THE SUITED MONK PROGRAM

Closing the Gap for 1,000,000 people by 2032

How does Project Peace achieve its target?
Our starting point is that we need to be the change we want to see in the world.
And for this, we have asked the people behind the life philosophy of the Suited Monk to allow us to use their model for change.

THE UNIVERSAL PHILOSOPHY

The Suit. The Monk. The Gap.

Every person on this planet carries two versions of themselves. A Suit — the version the world sees, shaped by career, expectation, and performance. And an inner Monk — the authentic self underneath. The distance between them is the Gap, which is where all the negative experiences and emotions sit that all too often influence the way we show up in the world.
For some the gap is large, for some the gap is narrow. The aim of this program is for people to bridge the gap within themselves to find inner peace based on 3 principles.

First Principle
Manage the Gap

Everything starts here. Before you can expand your inner world or perform at your best externally, you need to clean your internal house. The Gap holds all the emotional weight you’ve accumulated over a lifetime: unresolved pain, old wounds, fears, limiting beliefs, and the quiet tension of living someone else’s version of you. As long as those things sit unaddressed, they run the show, shaping your decisions without your awareness and covering the very part of you that wants to come alive. Living a No-Gap Life doesn’t mean achieving some perfect, painless state. It means becoming aware of what’s sitting inside the Gap, and choosing not to let unconscious pain dictate who you are and how you show up.

Second Principle
Expand The Monk

Once the Gap is cleared, something opens. The authentic self, what the Suited Monk philosophy calls your Monk, finally has room to breathe and expand. Your Monk is the part of you that knows what truly matters, that holds your values, your purpose, your intuition, and your sense of aliveness. It doesn’t need external validation or outside motivation. It simply wants to express itself, because it is the real you. When you begin to lead from this place, decisions come faster and feel truer. The restlessness quiets. People sense something different in you. Inner peace isn’t sought anymore because it’s already there, growing naturally as your Monk expands.

Third Principle
Maximize The Suit

With the Gap emptied and your Monk in the driver’s seat, you can now bring your full self into the world. This is where your career, your relationships, your leadership, and your ambitions become expressions of who you actually are rather than performances designed to fill an inner void. Wealth, influence, and success are not enemies of the Monk. When aligned, they become powerful instruments of genuine contribution. You stop fighting yourself. The energy that once went into internal conflict now goes into creation. Your Suit becomes what it was always meant to be: the vehicle through which your Monk reaches further, impacts more, and builds something that actually means something to you.

FOR OUR DONORS

how You Can Contribute

Every dollar goes directly toward sponsoring individuals who would never otherwise encounter this work.
People who are stuck, disconnected, or quietly struggling, and who have no pathway to the kind of deep self-inquiry that changes a life.

For $2,400, you sponsor one person through the full Project Peace program at the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD levels.
That’s 58 video lessons over 9 months, reflection exercises, a learning community, and weekly live group coaching calls with Suited Monk facilitators.
This model has reached over 3,400 people across the world over the past two decades.

One contribution. One person. One gap closed.

There are no administration fees taken from your donation. No salaries funded. No overhead buried in the numbers.

What you’re investing in is a lifelong learning process, weekly coaching and teaching sessions that participants can return to
long after their first cohort ends.

$2,400 sponsors one participant.
$24,000 reaches ten.
$240,000 changes 100 lives.

That’s where your money goes.

CLEAR OUTCOMES

3 learning Levels

Bachelor LEVEL

Week 1 — 12 – Live a No Gap Life

In the Bachelor Level, you’ll get your first clear look at what’s actually going on beneath the surface. You’ll learn what the Gap is, how yours formed, and how to manage your emotional stress and anxiety. Practically, that means learning to decode your emotional reactions, trace the false self you’ve been performing, heal the wounds and triggers still running your present-day decisions. Also working on identifying your real values, and learn to set boundaries. By the end, you’ll be making better decisions, taking full ownership of your inner self.

MASTERY LEVEL

Week 12 – 24 Expand Your Monk

In the Mastery Level, you’ll do the deeper work. You’ll go back to the invisible blueprint laid in childhood, understand how guilt and shame have been widening your Gap without your permission, and learn to forgive — not for others, but for your own freedom. On the practical side, that means learning to have conflict without losing yourself, parent or lead from your Monk rather than your conditioning, stop people-pleasing, communicate with genuine integrity, and make peace with wealth so money and meaning stop feeling like opposites. You’ll also define your legacy — not as an abstract idea, but as something you’re actively living toward right now.

PHD LEVEL

Week 24 — 36 Maximize Your Suit

In the PhD Level, you’ll start being yourself — consistently, under pressure, in real life. You’ll learn to watch your thoughts without being controlled by them, silence the inner critic that’s been shaming you into compliance, and dismantle the beliefs you never consciously agreed to. Practically, that means adapting to change without losing your centre, navigating career transitions without an identity crisis, dropping perfectionism (and recognising the Gap hiding behind it), and mastering the difference between Suit timing and Monk timing — knowing when to push and when to wait. The bonus lessons bring it all together: living an integrated life where your Suit and your Monk are no longer at war but integrated as one.

What Changes During And After the Program

TESTIMONIALS

What Participants Say

“Before the program, every big decision felt heavy — like I was second-guessing my own values. The Gap tools helped me see when my Suit was overriding my Monk. Now decisions come with much less noise, and I actually trust them.”

Laura

Tech Leader

“I was successful on paper, but the emptiness kept creeping in. The program gave me a clear map to close that Gap — no fluff, just honest reflection and tools that actually land. I’m showing up more as myself at work and home.”

Daisy

Senior Manager

“The Gap model completely reframed how I lead my team and live my life. Instead of performing the Suit role, I learned to bring more of my real self into it. Less burnout, more genuine energy.”
