THE SUITED MONK PROGRAM

How does Project Peace achieve its target?

Our starting point is that we need to be the change we want to see in the world. And for this, we have asked the people behind the life philosophy of the Suited Monk to allow us to use their model for change.

THE PHILOSOPHY

The Suit. The Monk. The Gap.

Every person carries two versions of themselves. The Suit — the version the world sees, shaped by career, expectation, and performance. And the Monk — the authentic self underneath. The distance between them is the Gap, which is where all the negative experiences and emotions sit that all too often influence the way we show up in the world (ie our Suit)

First Principle
Manage your Gap

Everything starts here. Before you can expand your inner world or perform at your best externally, you need to clean your internal house. The Gap holds all the emotional weight you’ve accumulated over a lifetime: unresolved pain, old wounds, fears, limiting beliefs, and the quiet tension of living someone else’s version of you. As long as those things sit unaddressed, they run the show, shaping your decisions without your awareness and covering the very part of you that wants to come alive. Living a No-Gap Life doesn’t mean achieving some perfect, painless state. It means becoming aware of what’s sitting inside the Gap, and choosing not to let unconscious pain dictate who you are and how you show up.

Second Principle
Expand your Monk

Once the Gap is cleared, something opens. The authentic self, what the Suited Monk philosophy calls your Monk, finally has room to breathe and expand. Your Monk is the part of you that knows what truly matters, that holds your values, your purpose, your intuition, and your sense of aliveness. It doesn’t need external validation or outside motivation. It simply wants to express itself, because it is the real you. When you begin to lead from this place, decisions come faster and feel truer. The restlessness quiets. People sense something different in you. Inner peace isn’t sought anymore because it’s already there, growing naturally as your Monk expands.

Third Principle
Maximize your Suit

With the Gap emptied and your Monk in the driver’s seat, you can now bring your full self into the world. This is where your career, your relationships, your leadership, and your ambitions become expressions of who you actually are rather than performances designed to fill an inner void. Wealth, influence, and success are not enemies of the Monk. When aligned, they become powerful instruments of genuine contribution. You stop fighting yourself. The energy that once went into internal conflict now goes into creation. Your Suit becomes what it was always meant to be: the vehicle through which your Monk reaches further, impacts more, and builds something that actually means something to you.

THE CURRICULUM

The 10 Weeks

At the core of Project Peace is the 10-week self-development program based on the Suited Monk Philosophy

which sits along the lifelong learning process of weekly coaching and teaching sessions, which started on Feb 12, 2026

and which we plan to keep running for the next 25 years.

Video lessons, reflection exercises, and live facilitated group calls guide participants through each principle.

Principle 1 — Live a No Gap Life

Week 1 — The Suited Monk Philosophy

An overview of the Suited Monk framework and the 3 Life Principles. Understanding the Gap between the Suit and the Monk — and why closing it changes everything.

Week 2 — Observe, Detach & Manage Daily Chaos

Learn to step back from the noise of daily life. Practical tools to observe your reactions, detach from unhelpful patterns, and navigate chaos with greater clarity.

Week 3 — Free Energy, Release Trauma & Forgive

Address the deep blockages that drain energy and hold you back. A guided process for releasing stored trauma and moving toward genuine forgiveness — of others and yourself.

Week 4 — Master Your No: Set Boundaries

Set boundaries that protect your inner Monk. Learn to say no with confidence, without guilt — so your energy goes where it genuinely matters.

Principle 2 — Expand Your Monk

Week 5 — Your Monk’s Calling: Discover Deep Purpose

Uncover the deep purpose that sits beneath your roles and titles. Discover the calling that elevates every Suit you wear — and gives your work genuine meaning.

Week 6 — Unshakable Values: Never Compromise

Define the values that are truly yours — not inherited or imposed. Step into the version of yourself that never compromises on what genuinely matters.

Week 7 — Intuition on Fire: Awaken Deep Knowing

Move beyond overthinking and reconnect with your inner compass. Learn to trust and act from your intuition — the most reliable guide you’ve always had.

Principle 3 — Maximise Your Suit

Week 8 — Power Suits: Choose the Right Role

The strategic art of choosing the right Suit — the role, context, and presentation — for every situation in life. Show up fully, without losing yourself.

Week 9 — Master the Money Mindset

Reframe your relationship with money, success, and external achievement. Develop a mindset that serves your whole life — not just your bank balance.

Week 10 — Integrating the Journey

Bring together all three principles into a personal action plan. Final reflection, deep integration, and paying it forward — to your buddy and your community.

CLEAR OUTCOMES

What Changes After 10 Weeks

Acting from their true real values instead of external expectations. Relationships improve as you show up more authentically.

“I was successful on paper, but the emptiness kept creeping in. The 10 weeks gave me a clear map to close that Gap — no fluff, just honest reflection and tools that actually land. I’m showing up more as myself at work and home.”

Daisy
